About

Depot is an award-winning independent 3-screen cinema and café-restaurant, located adjacent to Lewes railway station.

They offer an innovative programme of contemporary mainstream, art house and independent films; world cinema, documentaries and classic films; along with special events, guest speakers and workshops.  

The venue acts as a focal point for the community, not only through film but also through a range of other art forms. It includes a destination restaurant, gardens and private hire facilities. Auditoria feature high specification seating, with Dolby Atmos 7.1 sound and 4K projection technology in Screen 1. 

Depot was conceived and is operated along the principles of accessibility for all, environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Depot will be reopening on 14th August, and have made some changes to ensure a safe visitor experience
