Seahaven Coastal Trail

This trail is a route along the beautiful coastline from Saltdean to the Cuckmere River, taking in Cliffs, Nature Reserves, Seven Sisters Country Park, Watch Towers, Forts, Lidos and Harbours. The route is just over 10 miles lasting approximately 3 and a half hours.
