Crink House Hideaways are a collection of eco-friendly luxury holiday cottages in Barcombe, near Lewes. Our cottages are perfectly placed for exploring the Sussex countryside, the historic town of Lewes, local vineyards and Glyndebourne. Barcombe Mills is a picturesque East Sussex village known for the River Ouse and popular for wild swimming, paddle boarding, cycling and walking.
Both cottages are situated in the gated surrounds of Crink House and each cottage has two bedrooms sleeping four guests each. Crink House Hideaways have been recently renovated to a high standard and are committed to using, where possible, renewable energy sources and recently installed air source heating and solar. Both cottages have free WIFI and TV in the living area. Our cottages each have their own private outdoor dining area.
Guide prices: £185 a night. Minimum 3-night stay. Prices include all bed linen and guest towels, store cupboard basics and a standard post-stay cleaning fee.
Check-in/out: No set changeover days. Check-in is from 3.00pm and check-out by 10.00am.
Accessibility: Trust Cottage is all on one level and wheelchair friendly, whereas Hope Cottage has split living with bathroom accessible only from the first floor.
Kitchen facilities: Both cottages have fully fitted kitchens with dishwasher, cooker, fridge-freezer, Nespresso maker and washing machine.
Bathrooms: Trust Cottage has two bathrooms on one level and Hope Cottage has a downstairs bathroom/laundry room and an upstairs bathroom.
Bedrooms: Both cottages have two bedrooms with standard double beds in one bedroom. The other bedroom can be arranged as two singles or one large bed upon request. All linen is Egyptian Cotton, and all bedding and pillows are non-allergenic.
Children: We welcome children of all ages. Highchairs and cots are available. Hope Cottage also has the additional benefit of a private children's snug.
Dogs: We welcome service dogs only.
Parking: Free private parking with easy accessibility to both cottages.
