Summer Sound Baths - Meditation and Women's Sound Circles THIS WEEKEND!

Sound baths offer holistic healing using the soothing and harmonious tones of Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes and chimes.  I use specific frequencies and sound intervals to release tension and promote our natural healing processes.

Dates: Group sound baths - Every first weekend of the month at the Open Door Health and Wellness Centre in Lewes.  Monday eves for women's circle. ⏰ Time: Groups - 1 hour - £15; and 90-minute sessions -  £20; 30-min taster session - £30.  1:1s are available by appointment in my studio as well as 60 and 90-minute 1:1s or 1:2.  Women's sound circle 2 hours £25. Location: Lewes, East Sussex
