Food, drink and hospitality are their passion – as they are ours - so we couldn't think of a better team to collaborate with for our inaugural supper club!

About Angelica Food
Between them they have a collective 25 years working at the pinnacle of the fine dining scene in Sussex including one of Sussex's most renowned restaurants; 'Jeremy's', where Jimmy was Head Chef. Following18 months in top kitchens in Asia and Australia exploring fusion dishes and techniques – they launched their own business, Angelica Food, in autumn 2021.
