The RISE 8K Run for Women is a fabulously flat and friendly run, and it's now in its 17th year! This distance is a great way to step it up from your regular 5K, or a great target to aim for if you've never run before! Hundreds of women and girls will run along the beautiful Undercliff path on Sunday 13th October, accompanied by stunning sea views and lively entertainment, to raise funds for RISE, Brighton and Hove's domestic abuse charity.
Female runners aged 15 and over are warmly invited to enter - run, walk or roll, individually or as part of a team. Every single entry helps us provide life changing support for those experiencing abuse and violence.
Location: The Undercliff at Saltdean, just below and along from the Whitecliffs Café. Timings: Arrive on site from 8:30am; the warm-up is 9:45, the start is 10am.
