The Pastores Ensemble is a small group of musicians who play European Medieval and Renaissance Music on early instruments, such as viols, lutes, flutes and some more unusual ones too. They offer, as the event's title suggests, a wide variety of music – from the 16th Century to the modern day, and on this occasion they will be joined by Zhou Han (Rose) a virtuoso of the ehru, a Chinese bowed instrument with a particularly ethereal sound.
