Photographic sculpture workshop
Adult/teenagers workshop with Martina La Trobe-Bateman
Sat 17th August 10am-12noon
After a short introductory talk participants will embark on an inner journey and explore their own experiences, ideas, hopes, fears and questions surrounding the theme of holiness. This will find sculptural expression through building cuboid structures from a wide variety of materials which are then explored from different angles with the use of a camera to form points of view. The resulting photographs will become part of a large communal sculpture as an expression of these multi-facetted and unique viewpoints while each person can take their own sculpture home.
The workshop is led by one of the exhibiting artists, Martina La Trobe-Bateman and is aimed at adults. Mature teenagers are welcome from 16+.
