Darren Bedser: Wood Sculpture

I am interested in nature and the forms it creates. I create sculpture from wood and place them back into nature. Back in nature they can naturally age and merge back into their environment. All my worked is inspired by forms I find in nature. 

The signal box on the site of the railway land was a perfect location for me to exhibit my work. The once very industrial landscape is now haven to wildlife and has been softened by trees and wildflowers.

The signal box is a piece of history with stunning views across the landscape .
