The Gong is one of the most effective instruments for sound healing. It is a powerful and magical instrument. The recipient is literally bathed in the sounds of the Gong and embarks on a meditation journey guided by the sound. There is no water involved and you will remain comfortably dressed! It is recommended that you do not have a gong bath if you:  Have a severe mental health issue  Suffer from a serious heart condition or have a pacemaker  Are pregnant  Suffer from sound induced epilepsy  Have a sound sensitive condition (a degree of tinnitus should be fine)  Have Meniere's Disease  Have had a recent metal implant (not including contraceptive coils)  Are under 13 years old To book your session or for any queries please contact me.
