Group Sound Bath Meditation

This wonderful wellbeing treat is an opportunity to experience the relaxing and rebalancing magic of sound in a safe and beautiful environment. You simply lie back and listen while I guide you through a short meditation helping you to slowly and gently drift into an immersive sound experience. This is an opportunity to take time out to be kind to yourself and reconnect with what is important to you. The sound vibrations help you reach a restorative state of consciousness resonating through each and every cell of your body while stimulating creativity and offering relief from stress and pain. Allow the healing vibrations of the gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drum, flute, chimes and other instruments to soothe, rebalance and re-energise you for the rest of the day and week.
