Workshop: Make Your Own Pennant Flag

Create your own pennant wall hanging in this two-hour workshop led by sister team Becca & Emma of Joy.nd Quilting.

You'll be provided with high quality 100% wool felt, as well as a wooden hanger and butchers string to complete your flag. You can choose from a selection of coloured felt in greys, creams, blacks and soft peach marl, and experiment with different types of cotton threads in neutrals and neons.

Please feel free to bring any of your own additional embellishments to make your flag totally yours.

We will be making a 8" x 16" flag, which will be big enough for four letters of your choice (based on our HOME flag), or any other design that you'd like to create.

Only simple sewing skills are required as we'll be hand sewing the flags and letters.

As well as felt, wooden hangers and butchers string; letter templates, sewing needles, rotary cutters, rulers, pins and cutting boards will be provided.

Workshop tickets are excluded from any online discounts.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for workshop bookings, but we understand that things might come up, so we are happy to defer your booking to a future workshop if need be. If you would like to make any changes to your booking we kindly ask for 7 days notice. Please let us know via info@radicalgiving.co.uk if you need to make a change.

All of our workshops aim to start promptly. With this in mind we politely request that you arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts. If you are running late for the workshop, please let us know via email.

Covid-19 Info:

There will be a maximum of six people per workshop. Each participant will have their own workspace. Hand sanitiser will be provided. Please do not visit if you have symptoms or are feeling unwell.
