During this tasting, Dermot will take a closer look at the different philosophies behind two of Wiston’s most awarded wines: Vintage and Non-Vintage Blanc de Blancs, and the impact their vineyard’s chalk terroir has on their production.
Why do Wiston not make Blanc de Blancs every year? How important is terroir? How do we select fruit for each style? Learn more about the history of these wines, through to the current release of Blanc de Blancs NV and vintage Blanc de Blancs 2015, which Dermot will be tasting and discussing in detail during the evening.
