We will get in touch to confirm booking as soon as possible. All trips leave from our mooring close to Lewes centre and return 2 – 3 hours later. Ouse Cruises works with the rhythm of the river and trip times times are firmly dictated by the tide, which varies every day. We cannot guarantee what wildlife you will see, especially seals which are seen only occasionally. Our boat, The Lady Helen, can take up to six passengers in comfort and safety in compliance with MCA Small Passenger Boat Code and current Covid-19 rules. Trips go up river toward Hamsey, unless otherwise stated. Your party will have exclusive charter of boat and skipper.

Please note we have a min charter fee. Payment is in cash on the day unless otherwise agreed in advance. As we are reliant on tides, weather and humans, it is possible that trips may be cancelled at short notice, but we will keep in touch with you.

Prices:

June 2021: Weekdays £30pp (children under age 15 are £20pp) with a minimum charter of £95. Weekends and Bank Holidays: £35pp (£20 for children under age 15) with a min charter of £120.

July and August 2021: All trips £35pp (£20 for children under age 15) with a min charter of £120.
