We're raising money for the fantastic charity, Holding Space, based in Eastbourne. Holding Space provides vital mental health support to parents across East Sussex.
ALL proceeds from this event will go to Holding Space to support their brilliant team of volunteers and resources that are committed to helping our communities.

♀️ 30 mins of ((BOUNCE)) Balance: Find your inner zen with this calming, pilates-inspired class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Delicious brunch: Refuel with us, for a tasty post-workout brunch! We're hosting this fun and inclusive event for all, no matter your fitness level!

Head out of the centre of Lewes towards Offham and take a right on Kingsley Road.
Follow the road down in a zig zag to the bottom of the estate. Turn right on Landport Road and park anywhere on the road or right outside the Hub, which will be on your left!
