We're excited to welcome Executive Chef Paul Walsh from London's City Social restaurant to the Tasting Room on Saturday 11th October.
Walsh has crafted a prestigious career among London's finest restaurants, from the Savoy Grill where he worked under Marcus Wareing to joining Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as Senior Sous Chef alongside contemporaries Clare Smythe and Mark Askew. It wasn't until 2014 when Walsh joined City Social that he found his long-term project: leading the way in the British fine dining scene.
Walsh's passion for an elegant and refined style of cooking feels right at home in our Tasting Room and will appeal to many guests who have dined with us over the years.
