Ovesco is excited to bring back Eco Open House Pop Up in September with two houses – one in Lewes on the Heritage Weekend.
The first house is in Lewes on 12th September at 11am - come and see how you can have an air source heat pump in the heart of Lewes’ Conservation Area, in a terraced house! There is much to see - the house is modern but has depth and soul due to the natural, reclaimed and recycled materials used in the renovation over 4 years ago.
The second house is a deep retrofit in Bishopstone on the 26th September – there are two sessions, one at 11am and at 1pm. There is standard retrofit, (triple glazing, external wall insulation etc) but check out the more unusual solutions; an air to water heat pump for domestic hot water also used for summer cooling, a homemade insulating cork screed and 8000 litres of rainwater storage for garden irrigation.
