The Consone String Quartet was awarded two prizes at the 2015 York Early Music Young Artists Competition and went onto win the 2016 Royal Overseas League Ensemble Prize and was the first period instrument quartet to be selected at BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artists in 2019. It received a Borletti-Buitoni Trust Fellowship in 2022.

F.Haydn - String Quartet in F# Minor, Op.50, No.4 W.A.Mozard - String Quartet in D Major, K.V.499 (Hoffmeister) and K.Czerny - String Quartet in A Minor
