Milly is one of our resident singers. She's a lovely singer of traditional songs and writes her own in traditional style, plays clarinet, dances with The Knots of May and sings with Sussex Harmony. Milly also writes and arranges tunes to West Gallery carols.
Milly will give us plenty of songs and the rest of the evening is filled by members of the audience performing a song or tune if they wish. You can also get copies of her new CD recorded by Tom Evans.
Everyone is welcome, especially if you'd like to sing or play. We mostly sing and play traditional music from the British Isles, but we enjoy other styles as well. We always start off with some English dance tunes for anyone with an instrument to join in.
We have a loyalty card. Six visits earn you £5 off an evening when admission is £6 or more. It's £5 tonight. Access is by stairs with a handrail on each side. Assistance dogs only, please. Elephant & Castle, White Hill, Lewes BN7 2DJ.
