Open Plate is a new nutritionist-led supper club bringing good food, women's health and honest conversation around the same table.
For Series One, nutritionist Niamh Wilson (ANutr, MSc) has teamed up with Wild Nutrition and Lewes-based Field Food for a four-course seasonal sharing supper exploring the connection between gut health, hormones and the food we eat.
Expect really good food, guided conversation, an open Q&A and a relaxed evening with other women interested in understanding their health and a curated, nutritionist-approved goody bag!
