A unique workshop where participants get to explore the power of sound, both through their own voices and the surrounding soundscapes, created by the use of simple instruments such as Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and a gong. It offers an in depth delving into the body and mind, entering the layers of subconscious in a safe and cosy environment, for the benefit of your health and well-being.

Workshops are run by Hanna and Emi, two compassionate and empathic sound therapy practitioners, who are passionate about the healing qualities of sound.
