If you are coming on the bus from Lewes, the 123 stops at the bottom of The Street
If you are coming on the bus from Brighton, you can catch the 28/29 from Brighton and hop off at the Kingston Roundabout - from there you can cross the main road at the traffic lights and its about a 15 min walk.
