Sussex Day at Newhaven Fort

Join us for a Celebration of our beautiful county of Sussex!  There's lots happening:

* Long Man Morris will be dancing for us

* Liz Overs will be singing beautiful folk songs - Liz is a songwriter and singer of traditional folk. She’ll be performing with guitarist David Tomlins throughout the day, including traditional songs with a local history

* The Woven Owl will be telling us about the history of the Sussex Wool Industry. There will be chance to make a sheep or have a go at weaving. Jo will also be telling Sussex folk tales during 2 storytelling sessions during the day

* We will also have some stalls selling Sussex produce!
