Bring unwanted clothes, gifts, toys, and other stuff and swap it for other people's unwanted goods.
(If you're bringing a large number of items if it's possible please bring them to us in advance, either at Newhaven library on a Thursday morning or contact us to arrange collection and please note we may ask you to take large items back with you.)
We'll be running our usual Repair Cafe as part of the event. There will be workshops throughout the day including by some of our skilled repairers, and talks and live music.
AND there will be skills sharing workshops. Confirmed workshops so far include:

*Come and have a go on OVESCO's energy-generating bike

*How to deal with tears and stains on your clothes

There will be a seed swap stall run by Greenhavens, Newhaven Uniform Bank will be there (if you want specific items you're advised to order them in advance), Newhaven Baby Bank, OVESCO (for Energy Savings Advice) and Ouse Valley Climate Action.

Hospitable Environment will be welcoming you with a special lunchtime 'Soup & Social' a free meal and community conversation. They will be hosting one workshop for young people to help prep and cook the soup, a cake baking workshop and a creative drop-in too. Information about timing will be on our website
