Telling the Trees Myths, Folktales and Songs with Xanthe Gresham. Trees are everyone's friend, but fairies, witches and deities lay a special claim to their magic. From Hawthorn to Oak, Yew to Birch, trees have tales and songs to draw us in and enchant. An opportunity to get together and celebrate our rooted friends in story and song.
Xanthe Gresham Knight is an international storyteller specialising in folktales and myths from around the corner and around the world. She summons ancient goddesses, tricksters and heroes not from the past, but from here and now, from you and me.

She performs regularly at The British Museum and The Smithsonian and is the author of numerous books, including The Myths and Folktales of Sacred Healing Plants, Sussex Folktales for Children (with Robin Knight) and Goddesses and Heroines, Women of Myth and Legend.
