We have combined 20-30 minutes of therapeutic yoga (including mindfulness and vagus nerve stimulation) with approximately an hour's gong bath. The rationale is to empower, by the slowing of our mind and improved connection with our body, greater awareness,and presence to bathe in the healing vibrations of sound.
