Flow, breathe, and ground yourself as the season changes.
During warm autumn days, we'll practice outdoors on a peaceful garden deck surrounded by nature. When it gets chilly, we'll move indoors to the warmth of St Mary's Church Hall.
Each session blends a medium-paced Vinyasa flow with restorative poses, breathwork, and meditation - offering a mix of gentle challenge and deep relaxation.
